  • Own the integrity and effectiveness of the marketing data, CRM (HubSpot), and reporting to ensure trusted numbers and actionable insights.
  • Design and implement marketing tactics that drive pipeline generation, activate leads, and turn activity into measurable revenue impact.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales and Marketing, improving processes, automations, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Own end-to-end delivery operation from brief intake through production, review, approval, and delivery using OMG as the central workflow system.
  • Lead and develop a team of Integrated Project Managers and QA Managers across Mexico City and Chicago, building a process-led and SLA-aware delivery culture.
  • Partner with Resource Manager to allocate creative, production, and QA resources, manage peaks and troughs, and maintain weekly and monthly accountability rhythms.
